Speakers at Club Meetings
Most weeks when Adelaide West Rotary meets (Thursdays 12.45pm to 2pm), we have a guest speaker address our club.
Speakers come from all walks of life. From personal interest stories, to people talking about their businesses, their own clubs, charities, technologies, overseas projects ... we've even had Wine Tastings from a vigneron and a young lad learning to fly commercial aircraft perform a full computerised demo of landing a 737 at Adelaide Airport. The list is very diverse.
Our Sergeant David Griggs is the master of our speakers. He organises the roster and welcomes each speaker to the club.
If you're interested in speaking, David will talk to you about any specific requirements you may have. We can offer basic AV projection equipment if required or you are welcome to bring your own.
Speakers are offered about 20 minutes (including question time) to present.
We're very flexible, very friendly and welcoming. We will treat you to lunch as our way of thanking you for your time.
Adelaide West welcomes inquiries about addressing our club.
